Telephone, TV and plenty of electrical points are always important. Presentation of the flat is crucial, any communal areas or gardens which are in poor condition will reflect badly on your property. Wherever possible do not restrict and limit your amount of potential tenants, sometimes the most unlikely people make the best tenants.
